The 27th Amendment Case

In this case presenting a challenge to congressional cost-of-living adjustments as contrary to the newest Amendment to the Constitution (the 27th), John Eastman, joined by former Attorney General Edwin Meese and University of Chicago Law Professor Richard Epstein, contends that taxpayers have standing to challenge unconstitutional spending programs.
