David Strom is a Senior Policy Fellow at the Minnesota Free Market Institute. From 2007 to 2008 he was President of the Free Market Instiitute. From 2004 to 2007 he was the President of the Taxpayers League of Minnesota. He is a graduate of Carleton College, and holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Duke University. He has taught political philosophy at Duke University, North Carolina State University, Carleton College, and the University of St. Thomas.
